Product Description

The LC 41WR lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps combine the performance of the LC series with a design specifically developed for applications characterized by high concentrations of water vapour and condensable gases. The condensate separation system allows accumulated water to be discharged when the pump is stopped, protecting the oil and ensuring greater operational continuity.

Thanks to the new die-cast aluminium oil reservoir and the reinforced valve design, the LC 41WR offers improved reliability and an even longer service life. It is the ideal solution for packaging machines, thermoforming processes and industrial applications requiring continuous vacuum operation in humid environments.

Main application fields:

  • Packaging and packing machines, vacuum bottling machines, wrapping machines
  • Pick & place systems and vacuum cup handling systems
  • CNC routers for glass and marble processing
  • Vacuum tables and clamping systems
  • Graphic arts and paper converting industry
  • Plastic processing machines
  • Centralized vacuum systems

The LC 41WR pumps are equipped with:

  • Oil check valve
  • Exhaust mist eliminator
  • Automatic floating oil recovery valve
  • Permanently open gas ballast
  • Shock mounts
  • Oil filter with by-pass
  • Pack of SW60 oil
