DOVAC at Empack: vacuum and blower technology for every industry

Since 2003, DOVAC has supplied vacuum pumps, liquid ring pumps, side channel blowers, air knives, complete systems and spare parts. Packaging processes are exactly where these technologies meet: products are picked up and moved, packs are evacuated, and surfaces have to be clean and dry before a label, film or closure goes on.

Blow-drying at low energy consumption

A telling example is the combination of a Galex-Air turbo blower and our air knives. The blower delivers a stable airflow, and the air knife turns it into a tight laminar stream that blows water and dirt off the product. Clean, dry products that move straight on down the line – at a markedly lower energy consumption than compressed air.
